Totally Holistic Health was founded by myself, Julie Elder in 2005. I offer Yoga, Bowen, Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, Kinesiology, Reflexology, Meditation, Tibetan Acupressure Head Massage, Breathwork and Reiki.
